We understand that you may need to change or cancel your appointment. We charge a £10 deposit to cover admin fees which is non-refundable.

You can cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before your appointment which will result in you losing the £10 deposit.

If you do not attend your appointment, or cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged the full appointment fee using the card used at the point of booking.

You can reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours ahead of your appointment with no charge. Within 12 hours of your appointment, you will be charged £10 for your new appointment date.

As soon as you know you need to change or cancel please email, phone or leave a voice message, including weekends.
